This project began long before finishes and furnishings. C22 Studio was engaged at the structural stage, allowing us to shape the home as a complete and cohesive experience. Rather than layering interiors onto architecture, we approached both as one—guiding flow, proportion, and materiality to create a space that feels intentional from the ground up.
The palette is restrained, built on soft neutrals, warm timber, and muted accents, with depth coming through texture rather than contrast. Each space is designed to feel calm but not flat, refined but still lived-in. The living areas balance openness with definition, while the bedrooms soften into quiet, restorative spaces where light and fabric take the lead.
Materiality is consistent and deliberate—chosen not only for how it looks, but for how it wears and lives over time. Styling follows the same philosophy: considered, minimal, and purposeful. Nothing is added without reason, and nothing feels forced.
The result is a home that feels grounded, effortless, and enduring—designed not just to be seen, but to be lived in.
